What an awesome place to stay! Kim is a superb host! We’ve never had a host go so above and beyond! Not only does she provide a list of things to do and restaurants in the area, but she also took us on a boat ride around the lake and a farm tour of her family’s dairy farm. She even came up with a bike for my granddaughter to ride!
The house is beautifully decorated, and beds were very comfortable. She provided a large heavy duty air mattress for my granddaughter. Lots of games and puzzles, trains and toys for the little one. The garage houses a “man’s cave” or teen getaway with gaming system, ping pong and air hockey. Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with spices, cleaning materials, wine glasses.
Drinking coffee by the lake (which was graciously provided) in the mornings and wine in the evenings allowed to envision our retirement! Kayaks were fun and easy to use, many sizes of life jackets.
Great location for day trips to Grand Rapids, Saugatuck and Holland. We felt safe in this house and even felt like we were treated like family!
